Menu for January 13-19

We cleanse on Wednesday, Tuesday is usually leftovers to clean out the fridge, so Thursday we kick our week off with a meatless meal. This week we are having an old favorite and trying a new soup. My daughter currently has rehearsal on Thursday for a school play so she gets home later than usual so I either need a crockpot meal, a prep ahead meal, or something super fast. This Cauliflower soup takes 30 minutes, including prep. The Romano-Crusted Grilled Cheese sandwich is quick as well and is one of our FAVORITES!! Pretty much every Food Nanny recipe I have made has become a favorite but this sandwich is beyond delicious!
